ICU baby had the opportunity to collaborate with the highly creative Wix.com team, a website development platform company. Members of Wix Karma, a club geared towards helping the community, participated in a Pack-a-Pack project where they assembled 25 NICU Packs for families whose baby has an expected stay in the NICU of 3 weeks or more.

This event also marked the kick-off of ICU baby’s Sibling Bear program. ICU baby bears are given to the siblings of an admitted NICU baby to help them cope with the stressors of having a brother or sister in the Unit. Wix.com team members’ 6 year old daughter led the team in wrapping and naming 50 teddy bears to help brighten the days of 50 NICU siblings. ICU baby is grateful for this new partnership with Wix.com and looks forward to volunteer events with them in the future!
