We are excited to welcome Chelsea Mandler to the ICU baby Board of Directors! Chelsea is an attorney who now focuses her time on caring for her children and supporting ICU baby’s mission. Her connection with ICU baby began when her third child was born 9 weeks early and spent a month in the NICU.

This experience opened her eyes to the profound impact ICU baby has on families, inspiring her to dedicate her time to helping others navigate similar challenges. Chelsea chaired both the inaugural and second annual Little Miracles Luncheon, an event celebrating NICU families and raising awareness in the community. We are honored to have her join our leadership team, and she looks forward to continuing her work in supporting NICU families.
