United Health Care Volunteers

Led by sisters Nicole and Erika Smith Palliser, The United Health Care Team of Dadeland came together to prepare NICU Packs for South Miami Hospital. The packing team numbered over 60 people, all manning different stations to create the very special tote bags given to NICU parents.

Nicole spoke beautifully and with such strength to her colleagues about her experience in the NICU and her loss. It was a meaningful experience for everyone involved.

ICU baby is very grateful to United Health Care for creating these Packs, as the supply that they made carried the organization through the first few months of the pandemic when no other packing events could be held.
