Join us in welcoming our newest member to ICU baby’s Board of Directors, Nicolette Hartman. Nicolette is the Head of Daversa Partners Miami office and one of the partners leading Daversa’s Global Consumer practice.

Nicolette has a very personal connection to the cause, her daughter, Eleanor, was born 6 weeks premature in New York City. She and her husband were forced to navigate the NICU journey while COVID protocol was still in place. Nicolette also spent time in the antepartum unit of the hospital prior to Eleanor’s birth and she recounts that journey as having its own incredible challenges as well Nicolette says, “ICU Baby’s mission is near and dear to my heart given our daughter spent 3 weeks in the NICU when she was born.

The hospital we delivered in didn’t have an organization like ICU baby and I wish we had the resources ICU baby provides to NICU families to help make our journey less lonely and stressful. To be able to help others during such a difficult time in their lives is why I was thrilled to join the ICU baby Board.”

Nicolette and her husband, Logan, most recently served as sponsors to ICU baby’s Celebration of Miracles fundraiser, and significantly helped the organization raise money to support programming. We are thrilled to have Nicolette join the ICU baby family!
