ICU baby Executive Director and Co-Founder, Elizabeth Simonton, took the stage at the first annual DELPHi Neonatal Innovation Conference to present Parenting Power – the power of empowering parents to be active participants in their baby’s NICU care.

The Delphi Conference is an annual meeting of healthcare professionals from around the world that focuses on the latest innovative thinking in neonatal care. Elizabeth shared 10 tips for healthcare teams to consider as they include NICU parents in the direct care of their baby in order to improve medical outcomes.
