ICU baby welcomed two Serve the Moment Corps members, Ana Diaz and Alex ‘Avi’ Alpert, to our team in the Fall of 2020 to help with COVID-19 related work. Serve the Moment is a program of the Repair the World organization, in partnership with the Jewish Service Alliance (JSA).

The JSA mobilizes young adults in meaningful service and learning to address the COVID-19 crisis, its economic fallout and the movement for racial justice. Repair the World sponsors Ana and Avi to work with ICU baby to further strengthen our systems, programs and infrastructure to best support NICU families during the pandemic. Ana and Avi quickly became an integral part of the ICU baby team.
