With the great success of a program comes its spin off…ICU baby’s Cuisine & Crafts first launched in Holtz Children’s Hospital as a special, in-hospital event.

The success of these lunchtime gatherings was immediate and therefore has now been introduced this Spring as a permanent project at South Miami Hospital.

The first Wednesday of every month, families are invited to a conference room outside of the NICU to enjoy a catered lunch and create a baby-related craft. Families welcome the much needed break from the NICU and surprise themselves with their artistic abilities!
